With our large family, it's always a challenge finding a hotel that caters to our needs. However, Hotel Inou exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Youness who went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and had air conditioning which was a great relief after a long day exploring. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from the beautiful beach where our children had a blast building sandcastles and playing in the waves. the nearby shops and restaurants made it convenient for us to find everything we needed. the hotel provided great value for money and offered all the amenities a family could ask for.

My wife says that having a play area or children's activities at the hotel would have been a nice addition.

If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have handrails installed in the hallways and staircases. As we all know, sometimes our balance isn't what it used to be, and a little extra support can go a long way in ensuring our safety and peace of mind.

The hotel had a charming and cozy decor, with beautiful traditional Moroccan elements throughout. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel's general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible. The corridors and stairways were well-lit and free of any obstacles, making it safe and convenient for me to move around.

I would have preferred if the children working there were a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The receptionist was the kindest guy and helped us with everything from arranging taxis to chasing up money owed from a rental car company. The cleaning staff did an outstanding job keeping our room immaculate with fresh towels daily. The breakfast was delicious, especially when enjoyed on the terrace with a great view. The location was perfect, close to the beach and nearby markets. this hotel provided excellent service and a fantastic experience.
